Korey Jones (Denjin-K) is an Artist, Creative Director, Graphic Designer and Developer responsible for producing award-winning, critically acclaimed works of art and entertainment across a range of mediums, devices and platforms. His work has been internationally exhibited by predominant venues like The National Art Center, Tokyo, Superchief, and NOX Gallery, and he’s graced the pages of renowned publications like WWD Japan and USA Today.
Tasked with managing multi-million dollar IPs, over the course of his career Korey has worked with notable companies and clients such as Marvel, Valve, Apple, Google, Universal Music, Amazon, and Electronic Arts. He’s also had the opportunity to collaborate with many high-profile, extremely talented individuals including Jennifer Lopez, Stan Lee, John Woo, and Neil Gaiman. Most days he can be found leading cross-functional teams cooperatively creating captivating entertainment experiences, obsessively crafting pixel-perfect works of art, or developing immersive entertainment that’s positioned to monetize in the ever-changing web3, mobile and gaming ecosystems.
Previous to managing cross functional teams at FoxNext on Marvel Strike Force, Korey was Senior Producer at PlayQ, Interactive Product Manager at Moonshark, and developing games with the likes of Sony Online Entertainment and Square Enix before that. Korey graduated from the University of Advancing Technology in Tempe, Arizona, having earned his Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia: Game Design, double majoring in Digital Art and Design.
Since 2021, Korey has embraced the potential of AI, merging it with hand-drawn illustrations, photography, 3D, generative code, and animation to produce original and groundbreaking works like “Glinted Empress Sparklegrub” and “NIJI² TRANSMISSION” under his Denjin-K moniker. Through exhibitions and collaborations, he advocates for the integration of emergent technologies in art, positioning himself steadfastly at the forefront of this transformative journey.
