Project: POW-kun

About the Character

I created this little 包子 character to be the happiest, fluffiest bao imaginable; he was christened POW-kun by former Nintendo engineer and café 84 owner, Toru Hashimoto! (84 is a secret Nintendo café in Tokyo whose exact location is a well-guarded secret – you can find out a little more about it here: http://what.tokyo/84/cafe/)

If you’ve never tried bao before, you really should. It’s delicious!
