Everything from learning to shake her hips with the people of Brazil, to the quick-step Flamenco of Spain, she tries doing it all even if she does look like a blundering amateur at times.
Off the dance floor, she chats with local musicians and hangs with the locals as they savor the food and enjoy the thrills of a unique activity.
